Ingredients

2 cups water

1 ½ cup Maga Cornmeal

2 tablespoons sugar

A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix water, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Add Maga Cornmeal. Make a dough mixture until smooth.
  3. Place dough in another bowl and form cylinders by hand.
  4. Fry until golden brown at medium to moderate heat.
